Description
Flexial is hiring a Deburr Apprentice to remove, blend, and polish miniature surfaces, burrs, and contrasting colors under guidance and microscope use. The role includes installing miniature polishing tools and parts in chucks, vises, or other holding devices; using job aids, routers, FESs, blueprints, calipers, gage blocks, and micrometers; making clean shift hand-offs; meeting production standards; navigating FlexNet; and using Epicor. The apprentice will develop deburring competencies, problem-solving and basic math skills, a steady hand, and safety and earned-hour expectations.
