Description
The Deburring Operator performs deburring operations on heat-treated customer products by operating deburring machinery, staging parts, reading trace numbers, disposing of wastewater and waste, and operating dip tanks and spinners. The role requires a safety-first mindset, analytical skills, the ability to follow and lead work, process, and quality instructions, forklift operation, and basic mathematics. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while 6–12 months of manufacturing or logistics experience is preferred.
