RTCA is hiring a full-time, onsite Deburr Technician in Chatsworth, California. The role removes burrs and sharp edges from precision metal components, interprets blueprints and work instructions, uses deburring equipment and precision measuring instruments, inspects finished parts, troubleshoots quality issues, maintains tools and work areas, and supports audits and process improvement. Candidates need experience in deburring, precision finishing, or manufacturing; the position pays $20–$24 per hour for California applicants, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
