Description
The Deburring Lead, 1st shift, leads daily deburring operations in an aerospace manufacturing environment and serves as the technical expert and first-line leader for deburring associates. The role performs advanced manual and mechanical deburring, verifies critical dimensions, reviews work instructions, trains and coaches employees, enforces safety and quality standards, supports continuous improvement, and maintains deburring equipment. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of deburring, finishing, or precision metal manufacturing experience, manufacturing leadership ability, and proficiency with tools and measurement equipment. The position pays $31.00–$32.00 per hour plus incentive bonuses and does not offer visa sponsorship.
