Description
The Deburring Team Lead assists the supervisor with day-to-day team management, trains deburring personnel, and performs thermal deburring operations on manifold blocks. Responsibilities include deburring parts, operating and checking thermal deburring machines, inspecting finished manifolds, organizing production, supporting the team, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, blueprint-reading ability, basic computer skills, T.W.I. training, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; no prior experience is required, while six months of manufacturing experience is preferred. The position pays $20–$23.20 per hour and requires U.S. work authorization.
