Description
ARCH-Minneapolis is hiring a Deburring Technician for its day shift. The role cleans, deburrs, polishes, grinds, assembles, and finishes small precision-machined components using hand and power abrasive tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment. Responsibilities also include bead blasting and tumbling, maintaining a clean work area, applying polishing compounds, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and reporting process or material issues. The position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent, U.S. person status under ITAR, and preferably at least one year of deburring experience; compensation is $17–$20 per hour depending on experience, with medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, bonuses, and other benefits.
