Carbonfact is hiring a Decarbonization Analyst to partner with fashion brands on decarbonization, sustainability, and climate initiatives. The role owns customer accounts from onboarding through long-term success, analyzes and validates customer datasets, generates reports and KPIs, manages requests and timelines, and collaborates with Data, Engineering, and Product teams. Candidates should have 1–3 years of professional experience, B2B customer-facing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of decarbonization or sustainability. The position is based in Paris or requires relocation, offers premium health insurance, and pays €41,000–€50,000 annually plus a 10% collective bonus and equity.
