Description
Forter is hiring a Decision Engineering Manager to own a business-critical area of its decision engine, guide top-tier engineers and Staff+ engineers on high-risk technical and product projects, and steer innovation around the engine, APIs, and agentic interfaces. The role requires at least five years of experience managing business-critical teams, Staff+ or Tech Lead experience, experience overseeing large technical and business-risk projects, and experience in high-scale, performance-critical environments. The position follows Forter’s hybrid work model, with team members near key hubs expected to work from the office at least three days per week.
