The Decision Science Manager leads end-to-end problem solving for strategic and operational business challenges across Cinemark, translating ambiguous questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations. The role applies statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, optimization, simulation, forecasting, causal inference, experimentation, and decision-support tools to improve customer experience, operational performance, and enterprise growth. It also involves partnering with cross-functional leaders, mentoring analysts and data scientists, and communicating analytical results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
