Description
The Deck Supervisor anchors the pool deck during peak swim-school programming, coordinating lesson flow, attendance, shifts, substitutes, safety, sanitation, instructor quality control, parent communication, and emergency response. The role also mentors and develops the swim-instruction team and requires at least two years of swim-instructor experience, current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications, and the ability to work in a hot, humid aquatic environment.
