Description
The Deckhand monitors vessel deck areas and passengers, handles mooring lines and rigging, assists with boarding and disembarking, performs cleaning and general maintenance, supports safety and regulatory compliance, and provides customer service. The role is part-time, requires in-person work at vessel locations including Brooklyn, Manhattan, and New Jersey, and pays $18–$25 per hour. Previous marine experience and a driver's license are preferred, while a valid TWIC or ability to obtain one and knowledge of line-handling and knot-tying are required or expected.
