Description
Luleå Hamn is hiring a temporary Deckhand to work aboard vessels in Luleå for a four-month replacement period starting in December. The role involves maintenance and repairs, making connections during tugboat assistance operations, and deck duties. Applicants must have an Able Seafarer Deck or Ordinary Seafarer qualification, a seafarer medical certificate, basic safety training, a designated security duties certificate, rescue-boat and survival-craft training, and a Category B driving licence. Swedish fluency and good English are required, while crane operation, welding, tractor driving, first aid, and maintenance knowledge are desirable. The position is full-time on a 1:1 system, with selection and interviews ongoing.
