Description
The role manages and coordinates deconstruction projects across industrial, building, and bridge projects, supporting technical and commercial controls, project preparation, cost estimates, scheduling, subcontractor and site-personnel supervision, quality, deadlines, costs, occupational health and safety, client and stakeholder communication, change orders, invoicing, and project documentation. It requires a civil engineering, business engineering, or comparable construction qualification, with first professional experience in site management, project execution, or work preparation advantageous, along with technical construction knowledge, independent accountability, communication skills, and MS Office proficiency.
