Description
The Greyson Decoration Den Lead oversees the end-to-end operation of Greyson’s in-house Detroit decoration facility, managing production planning, workflow, quality, inventory, equipment, safety, cost, capacity, and team performance. The role supports wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels, develops standards and continuous-improvement initiatives, and leads workforce planning, training, and organizational development. It reports to the VP of Production and requires an on-site presence in the Detroit area.
