Description
Highline Academy is hiring a full-time, entry-level Dedicated Adult Support 1:1 paraprofessional for special education. The role provides one-to-one support for individual students, including academic, health, daily living, social-emotional, and behavioral needs; implements IEP accommodations and behavior intervention plans; monitors classroom activities; collects data; and coordinates with students and families. The position requires a high school degree or equivalent, experience with students with disabilities, strong communication and collaboration skills, and completion of required Denver Public Schools training. Compensation is $37,000-$45,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
