Evolve is hiring a Dedicated Advisor to manage and retain a high-value portfolio of approximately 200 vacation rental listings. The role builds strategic owner relationships, provides data-driven performance insights, guides owners through growth opportunities, cross-sells services, and increases NPS and lifetime value. Candidates need at least three years of account management experience, preferably in travel or hospitality, along with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Compensation is a $76,500 base salary plus commission, with on-target earnings of $22,500 annually. The role is available in approved United States locations, including remote work in Colorado.
