Description
CLS is hiring a part-time dedicated aid to work at one of its sites in NW DC, shadowing an assigned student in the afternoon and supporting their safety, behavior, school rules, peer interactions, and participation. The role requires an AA degree or higher, at least 18 years of age, at least one year of special education experience, IEP and 504 plan experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to pass a DCPS background check. Compensation is $21.00–$23.00 per hour, with bi-monthly attendance bonuses and training provided.
