Spring Health is hiring a full-time, fully remote Clinical Trainer to deliver clinical training to a dedicated customer virtually and in person, develop training content, collaborate with global providers and internal stakeholders, measure training effectiveness, and support events and logistics. The role requires an unrestricted psychotherapy license, at least three years of post-graduate experience including one year of post-licensed experience, training and instructional design expertise, virtual engagement skills, and knowledge of training evaluation and event platforms. Travel may be required up to 30% of the time, and the target salary range is $80,000-$92,000.
