Newsec is hiring a Controller to manage financial responsibility for a portfolio of properties and companies. The role combines daily controlling, bookkeeping, reconciliation, monthly and quarterly closings, reporting, VAT and tax administration, cash-flow preparation, and client onboarding and dialogue. Candidates should have a relevant accounting or finance qualification, preferably a couple of years of experience in finance, controlling, or bookkeeping, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks; property-industry experience is advantageous.
