Description
TCI Transportation is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple transportation operations, lead driver managers, dispatchers, administrative teams, drivers, and dock personnel, and manage the operational and financial performance of an assigned region. The role includes improving on-time delivery, scanning efficiency, customer satisfaction, and productivity; managing P&L and budgets; developing customer relationships; improving underperforming locations; ensuring DOT, FMCSA, safety, and maintenance compliance; coaching leadership teams; and recruiting and developing talent. The position requires at least five years of progressive leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations, with travel of up to 50% and availability outside normal business hours. Compensation is a base annual salary of $90,000–$95,000 plus performance incentives, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and travel reimbursement benefits.
