Description

CEA-Leti’s LS2PR laboratory in Grenoble is hiring a six-month internship to research and validate Deep Joint Source-Channel Coding for future wireless networks. The intern will analyze state-of-the-art architectures, implement a reference model in simulation, optimize it for an NVIDIA Jetson embedded platform, and integrate it into an existing transmission chain to evaluate performance, latency, energy consumption, robustness, and semantic alignment. The role requires a Master’s 2 student with strong digital communications, deep learning, Python, PyTorch, and embedded-systems knowledge; French and English fluency are required, and the internship is available from 01/02/2027.
