Ripple Effect is hiring a full-time, onsite Deep Learning Developer to support the NIH's Lister Hill Center in Bethesda, Maryland. The role develops deep learning and machine learning solutions for retinal disease detection, severity classification, and disease progression prediction using medical images, genomic data, and clinical records, while also building tools for Android, iOS, and web deployment. Candidates need a master's degree, at least five years of experience in image analysis, machine learning, and deep learning, strong medical image processing and statistical analysis skills, expertise with Python, Keras, PyTorch, CNNs, SVMs, MLPs, tree-based algorithms, and experience with GPU clusters and application development.
