Description
The Semiconductor Defectivity Engineer will identify, analyze, and characterize defect data to determine defect sources and drive yield improvement. The role includes setting up and maintaining defectivity sampling and control limits, troubleshooting defectivity alerts, participating in material review boards, collaborating with cross-functional teams on quality and productivity programs, and potentially contributing to an advanced defectivity monitoring system using AI, convolutional neural networks, and deep learning. A relevant degree and at least three years of semiconductor wafer fabrication experience are preferred, while fresh graduates are also welcomed.
