PA Consulting is hiring consultants at multiple levels to support its defence and security practice in Stockholm. The role involves leading or supporting large end-to-end projects, strategic alignment, change management, client relationship development, stakeholder navigation, analysis, recommendations, presentations, and knowledge sharing. Candidates need at least five years of consulting or defence and security experience, expertise in at least two areas such as strategy, project management, analysis, digitalisation, procurement, or bid management, strong networking and independent teamwork skills, and fluent Swedish and English.
