Description
Hypersonica is hiring an early-career Defence Programme Manager to support the delivery of defence programmes and major workstreams. The role translates customer and contractual requirements into plans, milestones, presentations, and actionable next steps; coordinates engineering, operations, business development, and external suppliers; tracks risks and dependencies; supports commercial and strategic decisions; and prepares programme materials and proposals. The position requires 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, defence technology, aerospace, a technology start-up, or a similar high-paced environment, along with German and English fluency, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously with senior stakeholders.
