MSS Security is hiring a Defence Supervisor to lead daily operations at a Defence site. The role supervises security staff, ensures compliance with Defence standards and legislation, coaches Access Control Officers, manages incidents and emergencies, and maintains relationships with Defence representatives and stakeholders. Applicants must have Australian citizenship, current or obtainable NV1 security clearance, security industry leadership experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, and a current Australian driver's licence.
