Description
As a Defense Agent Coordinator at Destinus, you will lead the identification, assessment, and scaling of a global network of defense sales agents focused on military and defense markets. This role involves designing and executing a structured approach to agent onboarding, ensuring they are commercially capable, credible, and effective within complex military procurement environments. You will build and maintain robust legal, commercial, and compliance frameworks, monitor agent performance, and coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to support strategic defense campaigns.
