Destinus is hiring a Defense Program Manager to lead complex defence programmes in the Netherlands, coordinating customers, engineering, operations, testing, production and leadership teams. The role owns programme execution, planning, scope, milestones, risks, budgets and deliverables, and drives systems through development, testing, qualification and certification. Candidates need significant experience with complex defence, military, aerospace or advanced-technology programmes, including interceptors, strike systems, weapons systems, missiles or military platforms, along with strong programme management, technical, stakeholder and communication skills, and professional fluency in Dutch and English.
