Alight is hiring a Defined Contribution Senior Client Manager to lead the day-to-day execution, governance, and operational excellence of Defined Contribution client delivery. The role manages global delivery teams, coordinates complex plan and administrative issues, supports client acceptance testing, drives process improvement and financial performance, and contributes to renewal readiness and contract stewardship. It requires strong client and Defined Contribution domain knowledge, project management, leadership, communication, and experience in a global virtual work environment. The position offers a USD 70,000–95,000 annual salary range and includes health, dental, and vision coverage starting on Day One.
