The role operates degreasing and color processing equipment to clean, prepare, and finish metal components, monitors quality, inspects parts, completes production records, and maintains a safe work area. A high school diploma or GED is required; manufacturing or industrial production experience is preferred, along with basic computer skills, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds. The position pays $18.03 per hour and includes medical, vision, and dental insurance.
