Scopely is hiring a DEI Partner in Barcelona to support the operational delivery and coordination of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs, employee resource groups, learning initiatives, and related compliance processes. The role manages event logistics, cross-functional procurement and vendor workflows, program implementation across hubs, participation data, documentation, and stakeholder alignment, while collaborating with the DEI Lead and other People, Facilities, IT, Procurement, and hub teams. It requires three years of program or project management experience, global program execution experience, organizational and data-tracking skills, vendor management familiarity, strong English communication, and a solutions-focused approach.
