RTM Business Group is hiring a Delegate Sales professional to generate conference attendees by building relationships with C-level and senior executives through email marketing, LinkedIn social selling, calls, and pitches. The role manages executive inquiries and event logistics, uses CRM and Airtable, collaborates with internal teams, and travels nationally for up to six events per year. It is hybrid in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, with remote work available in California, Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Ohio, South Carolina, and Indiana. The position requires 6 months to 2 years of similar experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong communication and organizational skills; compensation is $45,000-$55,000 base plus bonuses, incentives, and uncapped commission.
