Description
The Deli Clerk prepares and labels cold-case, fresh-pack, salad, and hot-bar items; measures and mixes ingredients; uses kitchen equipment; maintains food quality and safety; responds to customer questions; and provides excellent customer service and suggestive selling. The role requires customer service, communication, teamwork, basic math, food-production knowledge, and the ability to obtain a current food handlers permit, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
