The Cantillon Group is hiring a full-time Deli Manager for MAXOL in Dunmore Road, Waterford. The role supports front-line operations by driving sales, improving customer service, minimizing waste, supervising the team, maintaining standards, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The position offers mainly Monday-to-Friday work with no late evenings and little to no weekend work, a permanent contract with guaranteed weekly hours, and a competitive annual salary of €35,500 to €37,500 DOE, plus a guaranteed annual bonus of €1,500. Applicants need at least two years of fresh food deli or kitchen experience, knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
