Pilot Company is hiring a Deli Shift Leader to supervise hot deli team members, provide excellent guest service, support the Deli Manager, and ensure food is fresh, safe, clean, and well stocked. The role requires foodservice experience, customer service ability, food safety and equipment-maintenance knowledge, teamwork, and flexible availability for nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pay starts between $15.70 and $23.33 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, discount, reimbursement, and scheduling benefits.
