BCG X is hiring a senior software engineering and engineering-management leader to apply AI-native development practices across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and architecture through production and optimisation. The role leads cross-functional teams, delivers enterprise-scale products and rapid MVPs, establishes engineering standards and guardrails, and partners with consulting and technology stakeholders. It requires strong software engineering, cloud, DevSecOps, data, and AI development expertise, along with experience leading 20+ geographically distributed resources and delivering enterprise products.
