Diligent is hiring a Delivery Analyst to execute and deliver operational risk management solutions using Diligent Operational Risk Management products. The role involves responding to customer requests, collaborating with Customer Success and implementation teams, documenting procedures, and providing technical guidance on compliance, vendor management, information security, and risk management. Candidates need 2–5 years of client-facing or consulting experience, strong communication and time-management skills, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, and an undergraduate degree in a relevant field is a plus. The position follows a hybrid model requiring onsite work at least 50% of the time at a Diligent office location.
