Description
Diligent is hiring a Delivery Analyst to support the delivery of audit, risk, and compliance solutions for clients. The role involves customer discovery and requirements capture, translating needs into technical design documents, configuring and iterating Diligent One prototypes, delivering enablement training, maintaining issue logs, and following project methodology. The analyst will also collaborate with customer success and global implementation teams, document operating procedures, and provide technical guidance. The position requires 2–3 years of client-facing or consulting experience, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, and strong audit, risk, and compliance knowledge; an undergraduate degree, GRC or analytics experience, and platform-based product experience are preferred. The role offers a CAD 65,000–75,000 pay range and follows a hybrid model requiring onsite work at least 50% of the time.
