The role coordinates schedules, learner and instructor logistics, communications, Salesforce records, course catalogues, partner administration, and operational reporting, while maintaining training processes and supporting process improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 3–6 years of experience in learning administration, training operations, program coordination, or education operations.
