Index is seeking a Delivery & Tech Lead to lead the technical and operational integration of a newly acquired company, improve delivery governance and engineering processes, drive AI adoption and modern architecture, and act as the senior technical representative in client engagements. The role partners with leadership, sales, HR, operations, and RevOps, supports commercial discussions without cold selling, and requires at least 10 years of senior management experience in delivery and operational leadership. Remote work is possible, with flexible location arrangements and expected travel.
