ServiceRocket is hiring a Solutions Architect to serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers using the Atlassian platform. The role develops customer roadmaps, designs integrations and governance architectures, guides implementation and change management, and contributes to sales, proposals, and thought leadership. Candidates need at least five years of Atlassian technical consulting, solutions architecture, or pre-sales experience, along with expertise in domains such as enterprise service management, governance and compliance, strategy and planning, software development, or cloud migration. The position is hybrid or remote, with preferential consideration for candidates based locally to the country’s office, and does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
