Description
Amazon is hiring a Delivery Area Manager to lead a team of shift managers, Process Assistants, and Delivery Service Providers at a delivery station. The role manages daily operations, route shipments, monitor sorting and driver dispatch, support safety and process-improvement initiatives, and drive shift performance. It is fully onsite and requires flexible rotation through weekends, holidays, overnight shifts, and overtime during peak seasons. A bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least one year of employee and performance management experience are required; experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or Lean techniques is preferred.
