HelloFresh is hiring a Demand Steering Specialist to own the delivery proposition for a set of European markets. The role configures and calibrates an in-house demand-steering tool, monitors delivery-day, time-window, pricing, and recommendation settings, investigates issues using SQL and dashboards, and partners with supply chain, logistics, market, and technology teams to validate holiday and peak-period shifts. The position requires logistics, supply chain, or operations experience, SQL and spreadsheet skills, strong documentation and communication abilities, and fluency in English; it is based in Berlin with a hybrid working model.
