Description
The Delivery Captain coordinates customers and team members during boat launches, retrievals, and servicing; delivers boats to customers and dealerships; explains and demonstrates boat features; conducts customer education and training; performs minor engine and systems repairs; loads and unloads fishing, ski, and propulsion equipment; supports boat shows and customer events; and maintains company-owned vessels. The role also requires professional customer service, seamanship, product knowledge, MarineMax University training, and sales-staff training on boat handling and safety.
