HelloFresh is hiring a fully onsite Delivery Coordinator in Spondon, Derby, to oversee daily home-delivery operations across multiple Delivery Service Partners. The role monitors live delivery systems and EPOD performance, resolves operational issues, analyzes trends with Excel and SQL, prepares performance reports, and maintains relationships with DSPs, logistics teams, and other stakeholders. Candidates need experience in home delivery or logistics, day-to-day operations, team management, data analysis, communication, and relationship management. The position follows a five-days-out-of-seven schedule with day shifts and at least one weekend day per week.
