Kognity is hiring a Delivery Coordinator to manage content update projects across its Content Operations, freelance contributors, and Product and Technology teams. The role covers project coordination from brief through authoring, quality assurance, upload, and live deployment; contractor sourcing, briefing, onboarding, assignment tracking, and engagement closure; feedback triage and resolution; content rights, permissions, and licensing; and the creation of trackers, dashboards, documentation, and AI-enabled content operations. Candidates should have a background in content, project, or operations coordination, strong communication skills, the ability to organize competing workstreams, and experience using AI tools.
