The Delivery Coordinator (Delco) at Sonaca North America ensures timely product delivery, communicates statuses and plans to Customer Service Representatives and the Delivery Assurance Manager, and acts as the primary contact for internal customers. Responsibilities include coordinating customer orders, responding to inquiries, identifying and resolving delivery risks, improving process efficiency, maintaining delivery schedules, collaborating with site operations, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
