Miratech is hiring a Delivery Director, MiraCloud Implementations to lead and scale the delivery of MiraCloud solutions. The role owns customer success and implementation outcomes, establishes delivery governance and project management practices, leads Project Managers and delivery teams, manages enterprise-scale programs, and represents MiraCloud in executive customer discussions. Candidates need 15+ years of relevant IT delivery, professional services, customer success, program management, or implementation leadership experience, along with experience leading delivery organizations and managing enterprise programs. The role requires existing authorization to work in the United States, does not offer visa sponsorship, and offers remote work, health insurance, and a relocation program.
