Description
The Delivery Driver I safely operates company vans, pickup trucks, or straight trucks to deliver and pick up materials, merchandise, and equipment. The role includes route deliveries, order counting and packaging, receipt verification, shipment preparation, forklift and truck maintenance checks, receiving procedures, and compliance with safety and company policies. Applicants need a valid driver’s license, the ability to obtain a forklift operator’s license and medical certification, and completion of required safety and training courses; a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–6 months of previous experience are preferred.
