Description
The employer is hiring a Grocery Delivery Driver to deliver grocery orders from a distribution center in the Almere region. The role involves checking the van, following a route, scanning and delivering groceries, processing payments, and returning to the distribution center. Drivers work 16–30 hours per week in 6-hour shifts, including Monday through Sunday, with shifts between 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–23:00 and availability on Mondays and at least two Saturdays per month. Requirements include Dutch or English language ability, a manual-transmission driving license held for at least six months, own transportation, and the ability to lift crates up to 20 kg. Compensation is €18.65 per hour from age 21, with travel reimbursement, vacation days, holiday pay, an ADV allowance, a year-end bonus, and a €200 refer-a-friend bonus.
